Description

All hardware starting in 2024 will be stainless steel (unless prepackaged before January 2024 hardware could be zinc). Purchases made on our website will include stainless steel hardware following January 1, 2024.

HARDWARE PACK (for TUFFBRACE Connector Kit)

- Fits 18", 24", 28", 30", 36" and 48" SNOWPLOW Snow Pusher shovel assembly.

- 5 ea. 1/4" x 3/4" HEX BOLTS

- 5 ea 1/4" LOCK NUTS

- 3 ea #8 SELF DRILLING SCREWS

Installation:

Do not tighten Bolts until all 5 are installed.

Insert 4 hex bolts (1/4" x 3/4") into 4 holes in the middle of the blade and fasten to TUFFBRACE with 4 locknuts. Insert remaining hex bolt in the top blade hole and fasten to the TUFFBRACE with locknut.

Tighten bolts using two 7/16 wrenches. Tighten the hex bolt/locknut in the top blade hole first. Next tighten the remaining bolts. Locknuts will not come loose after moderate tightening.

DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN.
